Based out of Calgary, Alberta, Betty Galore (aka Karin Chant) began designing and creating costumes and corsets in 2004 after graduating from the Alberta College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. In 2010, after years making her own costumes for burlesque, she established Betty Galore Corsetry. Specializing in custom and bespoke steel boned corsets it is our goal to create professional, beautiful, perfectly fitting pieces for every body. From waist training corsets, to performance pieces, to fashion statements, BGC custom corsets are created to fit every occasion.   

We offer both in-house and virtual fittings in order to create a design that is unique to your needs.

Clients can enjoy a choice of one of our in house designs, or you can completely build your corset from the ground up!
