Now that you've decided to get yourself a custom corset, there are two forms that are essential to the process. If you are ordering online, you can download them here and we will review via phone/email/virtual consultation. If you are coming to the clinic, we will go over them together at that time.
The first form to fill out is the Order Form. With it you'll establish all of the elements of your corset that will make it into the final product.
The second form, and no less important is the Measurement Form.
The fit of your custom corset relies entirely on the accuracy of the measurements. Have a look at the Measurement Guide before you start measuring and make sure you have someone to help you!
